Our review is designed to identify opportunities for refinement and questions your team may want to address before an accreditation review. It does not constitute a determination or guarantee of accreditation compliance.

How it works: Payment – secure submission – review – feedback 

Important submission requirement: Do not submit PHI or patient-level information 

Documents we review: 

  • Committee agendas/minutes/templates 

  • Program workflows 

  • Patient education materials  

  • Staff orientation or education materials 

  • Policies or procedures 

  • Other - Preapproval Required

 

Documents not accepted for review:

  • Anything containing PHI 

  • Any component of patient charts 

  • Individual case reviews 

  • Documents requiring legal opinions 

Each individual review includes: 

  • Review by a Bariatric Accreditation Consultant 

  • Comments directly on the submitted document when appropriate 

  • A concise written summary of findings 

  • Practical recommendations for strengthening the document 

  • Accreditation-readiness considerations where relevant 

  • One round of clarification questions by email after the review 

  • Standard turnaround of approximately 7 business days
