With direct experience in both program coordination and clinical data review, we understand the operational, documentation, and workflow challenges programs face when preparing for accreditation and reaccreditation.
Our approach is collaborative, structured, and grounded in real experience supporting bariatric programs.
About the Founders
Nicole Crotty
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Nicole is a Registered Dietitian and bariatric program leader with experience supporting bariatric surgery program operations and accreditation preparation. As a Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (MBS) Coordinator, she works closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain program standards, organize accreditation documentation, and support quality improvement initiatives.
She brings valuable clinical insight into the nutritional and multidisciplinary care components essential to successful bariatric programs, helping teams strengthen both operational processes and patient care pathways.
Hannah Henjum
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Hannah Henjum is a Registered Nurse and Metabolic Bariatric Surgery Clinical Reviewer (MBSCR) with experience supporting bariatric programs in accreditation readiness, registry management, and quality improvement.
She brings a strong clinical perspective and detailed understanding of bariatric program operations, including the clinical factors that directly impact patient safety, postoperative care, and outcomes. She works collaboratively with health care teams to strengthen systems that support safe, high-quality patient care.
As co-founders of Bariatric Accreditation Partners, we bring our combined clinical and operational experience to support bariatric surgery programs through the accreditation with clarity, organization, and confidence.
