With direct experience in program coordination, clinical data review, and bariatric surgery leadership, our team understands the operational, documentation, registry, and workflow challenges programs face when preparing for accreditation and reaccreditation.

Nicole Crotty
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Nicole Crotty is a Registered Dietitian and bariatric program leader with experience supporting bariatric surgery program operations and accreditation preparation. As a Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (MBS) Coordinator, she works closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain program standards, organize accreditation documentation, and support quality improvement initiatives.
She brings valuable insight into the nutritional and multidisciplinary care components essential to successful bariatric programs, helping teams strengthen both operational processes and patient care pathways.
Hannah Henjum
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
Hannah Henjum is a Registered Nurse, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Co-Coordinator, and Metabolic Bariatric Surgery Clinical Reviewer (MBSCR) with experience supporting bariatric programs in accreditation readiness, registry management, and quality improvement.
She brings a strong clinical perspective and detailed understanding of bariatric program operations, including the clinical factors that directly impact patient safety, postoperative care, and outcomes. She works collaboratively with health care teams to strengthen systems that support safe, high-quality patient care.
Daniel Davila Bradley, MD, FACS, FASMBS
Consultant
Dr. Daniel Davila Bradley is a board-certified bariatric and general surgeon with experience in bariatric surgery, program leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration. As a Consultant with Bariatric Accreditation Partners, he provides leadership guidance and strategic insight to support bariatric program leaders and teams.
He brings valuable physician leadership expertise to help programs strengthen quality improvement efforts, improve collaboration, refine operational processes, and build sustainable systems that support high-quality patient care.
Together, our team brings complementary expertise in bariatric surgery, nursing, nutrition, registry management, quality improvement, accreditation readiness, and multidisciplinary program operations. We partner with bariatric programs to strengthen sustainable systems, improve collaboration, and approach accreditation with greater clarity, organization, and confidence.
